Gâteau means CAKE in french. I create distinctive wedding cakes, anniversary cakes, grooms' cakes, bridal shower cakes and engagement cakes. I use the highest quality ingredients, organic where available and no hydrogenated fats. Gluten free, dairy free and vegan dietary needs are easily accommodated. All my cakes, frostings and fillings are freshly made from scratch. Pulled and blown sugar pieces can also be incorporated into your design.
